Here's a brief summary of some of the main changes.

Terms of Use and VSCO Hub Agreement

Specified a new arbitration provider and process to resolve any potential claims or disputes

Added terms relating to your use of artificial intelligence ("AI") features on VSCO, and our use of certain content and information to build and improve AI products and services

Referenced our new Creator Content Standards to provide clarity and transparency on the standards we apply to managing Creator Content.

Privacy Policy

•

Streamlined a lot of the information so our policy is easier to read and understand.

•

Clarified how we use content and information to build and improve AI products and services, all within the parameters of our Terms of Use.

•

Incorporated upcoming privacy laws in U.S states, Mexico, and Brazil.

Community Guidelines

•

Updated our guidelines to remain up-to-date with the evolving needs of our creators, including the use of AI products and services.

These changes will go into effect on March 2, 2025. By keeping your account open or using our website, application, or services after this date, you agree to these updated terms and policies.
